Hosting Plan B (Vercel)

we are going to implement the plan B, hosting the project to Vercel. This also need some changes of code and directory structure as below:

• All this changes and hosting will be temporary!

• I will create a new branch to have the changes to meet the vercel.

• Vercel for python have on demand functions (Serverless functions).

• For database I will use Mongodb Atlas.

• Vercel will provide a url that we can access it.

This issue is base for the vercel, and I will open it with each feature update!
