Render contributors orcids

description

the current version of the frontend displays the orcids of contributors. This should be rendered into clear text with the link to the ORCID page next/under it. The ORCID API could be called, (i.e. aggregating all ORCIDs in DB and then getting names for the set of ORCIDs from the ORCID API).

As setting this up might take time, we decided to just compile a manual list for the 1st release with orcids and author names.
