Improve contacts api docs
Changes:
- removed the required configuration_id filter.
- added docs for filters for orcid & organization
- changed tags to "Contacts" (plural)
- switch to list output for get-list request
- changed some of the links in the api docs
- fixes the type attribute (lower case "contact")
