Create concept: copy configurations

In #188 (closed) and its correspondig MR, we decided to remove the current button to copy the configurations. Now we want to think about ways to allow copies of configurations anyway, so that users can use existing configurations as a kind of template for new ones.

There are still challanges regarding, that configurations represent the history of the mounts/unmounts, the locations and the used platforms & devices overall. It is also a point that the very same physical device can't be part of multiple different configurations in reality.
