Feature configuration page

Goals of this MR:

• add a page to search configurations (without functionality)
• add a page to add / edit a configuration (without API integration)

The goal of this MR is to have a preview of how to assemble platforms and devices to a configuration. As we have not discussed the API nor the models of a configuration, the UI is functional with some restrictions.
