First try on the readonly view for platforms

This is my first try on the readonly view for platforms. For now I decided to stay with textfields and select lists but those are readonly & disabled at the moment.

The default site for the platform is now readonly. Edit mode can be entered by clicking on the button which is at the same place as the save button once edit mode was entered.

The "Add platform" variant is in edit mode by default.
