Generic frontend image

As SMS is now to be installed on more and more systems, it would be better to make the front-end container configurable instead of building an image for every system. For example, the URL to the backend is baked in. One idea would be, for example, to provide a placeholder for this and to read an environment variable via a wrapper script when the container is started, replace the placeholder and then start the main program
