Remove elasticsearch from ufz staging dockerfile

Description

Because "The backend accesses the elasticsearch directly through the internal network" (source) we don't need to specify it here anymore.

Goal

Remove the elasticsearch path from the nginx default.conf of ufz staging image in docker/build/nginx/ufz/staging/default.conf
