[AR UFZ] Adapte the MultiProjectPipeline for Deployment @ Wombat-prod /stage

As Admin of SMS i have an automated pipeline to build all artefacts which are neede for a deployment at Wombat-Prod and -Stage.

Goal

The only thing to do: Write a reminder message on UFZ-WKDV-Mattermost-Channel "Please deploy SMS on Wombat

• Identification what we have to do
• Configure/automate the CI/CD-Pipeline
• Test the CI/CD-Workflow on wombat-Stage

Keep in mind: Min.IO@GDIFS, ElasticSearch either on GDI-FS or Wombat, Integration of DPVM(IDL Version in dev) + Helmholz AAI/ UFZ IDP
