Add the GFZ part and make some refactoring
requested to merge 33-show-version-info-somewhere-in-frontend-gfz into 33-show-version-info-somewhere-in-frontend
Refactoring of the version handling:
- only one variable SMS_VERSION
- read the version from the package.json (for the frontend)
- add backend config
