Draft: Deployment of permission management docker compose branch on GFZ

This branch here is necessary to deploy https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hub-terra/sms/backend/-/merge_requests/304 (with the adjustments on the nginx container, the inclusion of the idl and the additional environment variables).

Once we merge the permission management on the backend, we may use this branch here to add all the env variables to the orchestration main branch.
