Use redirect for sensor.gfz-potsdam.de

The redirection for the port 80 sensor.gfz-potsdam.de to https://sensors.gfz-potsdam.de seems to work. However, we don't have this yet for the 443 port.

So this is the start of it. However, we still need adjustments on the ssl certificates, so that sensor.gfz-potsdam.de is either supported with the exising one, or we need a new one for it.
