447 clean shell scripts container

• rename the bluesky_start_root command to bluesky_start
• remove all the other unused commands from the bin folder, they won't be available anymore in the container (this includes some ad-hoc commands for the container version of Sebastian Kazarski, and some others to start jupyter, etc etc.
• update the readMe.md file: a) remove the warning that the commands other than bluesky_start_root do not work, included a list of commands.
