update os libraries

Updated lots of images like

  • rabbitmq
  • alpine
  • nginx
  • busybox
  • statsd-exporter
  • httpd

Important updates that you might want to take a closer look at:

  • postgres (migration)
  • completely replaced NFS server because the image was not maintained anymore

Still TODO:

  • dcm4che
  • nvidia pytorch (waiting for ITCF to provide us up-to-date image)
