prepare for v0.1.0

With this PR, we

  • import xarray right at the start as this speeds up starting the GUI for whatever reasons.

  • set the version in the CHANGELOG to 0.1.0 as we want to make the first official release now

  • add the btn_reload button to the docs

  • Tests passed (for all non-documentation changes)
