Replace Halvar font

The license terms of Helmholtz Halvar do not allow us to distribute the font freely in our repository. This causes issues with building, testing etc and increases workload. We should therefore find a replacement with an open source license.

If we want to stay with at similar font face, D-DIN might be an alternative:

D-DIN Regular
