Adding SQL Alchemy models with local dev database in docker compose

  • Report progress to starting process (as progress bar for demo purposes)
  • SQLAl Datastore: Save and commit configurable chunks of data
  • Change models: Add position field to datastream and UUID to thing
  • Add docker-compose with database for local development
  • Add schema DDL and fixtures for refuelling of the local dev database
