Some patches to integrate crns data from (remote) file to database

  • fix dynamic parser class loader
  • add skipfooter setting to csv parser default settings
  • extend sql fixtures with settings for crns example
  • Do not use date column as data frame index as the column will disappear and we will have offsets of the datastream position compared to the original csv column number.
