added job "add-feature-branch-tags" to .gitlab-ci.yml

added job tags images built by CICD pipeline on branch commits.

just add the name of the branch you wan tto download to your docker pull command oder docker-compose file

e.g. docker pull registry.hzdr.de/ufz-tsm/tsm-extractor/extractor:add-branch-tag
