permanent load on VM CPU, + failed docker container

Our IT admin is on vacation atm, so I check the VMs from time to time...

I noted that there is permanent CPU load on the Cat4Kit VM, maybe 10% on average on all 4 CPU cores. Seems mostly be caused by some manage.py runserver - is that normal @hadizadeh ?

Also, the RAM allocated to that VM is super large (relatively speaking), with 32G. What is the background of this?

Checking the docker containers, some mailcow container seems to have failed. Not sure what that implies.
