Update counting queries for multiple publishers (experimental! test before merge)
For a single data publication (data DOI), the toolbox part writes information into both fields "Publisher_deprecated" "publisher_has_publication" (or similar) where the latter can have multiple entries for a single data publication. (addressed in a separate issue)
To avoid potential over- or under-counting in the dashboard, please change counting queries in the dashboard such that:
Multiple repositories / publishers (Experimental, we need to review the plots and numbers before merging!)
-
6. in the first figure of "Data in Helmholtz": - Please keep the updates described above in step 4. (Multiple research fields, "Data in Helmholtz", Fig 1.)
- in addition (experimental part:)
- plot a new bar named "Multiple" (here publishers), equally resolved by research fields, counting the number of data DOIs assigned to more than one publisher name)
(manually manipulated muckup example:)
-
7. In Figure 2 of "Data in Helmholtz": -
8. All plots (Figures 1,2,3) in page "Repositories": - the numbers should not change with respect to the status we have with the current counting method. This means: Since a filter on "publisher" is always selected on that page, each data DOI associated to the selected publisher name is counted once, no matter to how many other publisher names it is associated. The same holds for the scores in Fig. 3, to be averaged over those unique data DOIs that are associated to the selected publisher.
