Update display of F-UJI scores for metrics version 0.8

Important note: To test any implementation of this dashboard-issue resolution of toolbox-issue #151 may be required.

• When updating for the most recent version of F-UJI, using now the most recent metrics version 0.8 instead of metrics version 0.5:

1. The test results now include two more metrics,

• A1.1: A dedicated metric and tests data and metadata protocol standards have been specified.
• A1.2: A dedicated metric and tests data and metadata protocol authentication have been specified.

2. the following fields will now be added to the table fuji_score in the database:

• summary.maturity.A1.1
• summary.score_earned.A1.1
• summary.score_percent.A1.1
• summary.score_total.A1.1
• summary.status_passed.A1.1
• summary.status_total.A1.1
• summary.maturity.A1.2
• summary.score_earned.A1.2

For version 3 of the dashboard, please update all queries and plots for data related to metrics A1.1 and A1.2 shown in the following pages:
