Experimental: Add switch for logarithmic scale (first plot in "Data in Helmholtz")

Attention: In a log-scale represenatation, a bar-chart will not work any more.

• to be defined: how should the data be represented? Line-plot? Scatter plot?
• to be defined: in a log-scale we probably need to omit the information contained in the stacked bar chart
