implemented missing ingests

• Currently only the forms for creating, editing and detail view for uba api are implemented
• Using uba api implementation as reference implement the missing forms
• Keep in mind, that you need to implement:
  • new stores (currently maybe a little bit overkill, but future proof)
  • new api services with new types
  • new views with forms
