Use library for trajectory reading

Currently, standard Sassena can only read pdb/dcd files and ships a library to read xtc files. Maybe it would be a possibility to replace the built-in trajectory reading by an external library, such as https://github.com/chemfiles/chemfiles . This would allow many more file formats to be read.
