Remove LAPACK dependency

Sassena depends on LAPACK being installed only for a single, basically never-used function in sample/center_of_mass.cpp -- and this function requires only the gesvd routine. Maybe it would be possible to recreate this one function in Sassena, or remove the feature from Sassena to reduce the dependencies?
