Feature: new tool for understanding how sassena read a pdb file

Sometimes, it is not possible to understand, how sassena read a particular pdb file.

This tool fix this.

Tool: This is a code written in python that reads a pdb file and gives a text file as output. In this text file, there is a summary of how sassena read the pdb file. It says,

1. what was symbol used in PDB?
2. to which element, did sassena allocate this particular symbol?
3. how many are there?
