Release of v0.1.0

I would like to have the changes from the last couple of weeks bundled into a new release. Therefore I would push the version string of sms_interface to from 0.0.1 to 0.1.0 and lift the status from alpha to beta.

@romy.foesig @FObersteiner Do you want any of the currently open issues solved before pushing to a new release version?

If not, I could start the release pipeline for the new version any time.
