Fix axis name for NeXus export

• Issue in NeXus format with x_ticks, y_ticks as spatial0 and spatial1 (WARNING: The unit 'ticks' at /entry/data/spatial0/@units does not match with the unit category NX_LENGTH of 'spatial0')
