CRNSDataHub - add routines for working with other classes

Description

The key steps towards processing have been developed (e.g., CorrectNeutrons, NtoSM). There needs to be a way to use these modules in the main CRNSDataHub. These should be methods that utilise the other modules for processing the attached table.

Create the methods which processes the attached dataframe in the CRNSDataHub to use the external modules
