We need to add a method for calculating uncertainty (Jakobi?)

Expected Behavior

Neutron and SM uncertainty are included in the final table

Current Behavior

No uncertainty

Acceptance Criteria

• At least one method to calculate the uncertainty of the neutron signal
• At least one method to calculate the uncertainty of the SM estimate
