move DASF Repositories to codebase.helmholtz.cloud

As already mentioned during the data science symposium last week, I'd very much like to move all the repositories in the DASF-group to the HIFIS gitlab at https://codebase.helmholtz.cloud/dasf.

@carsten-schirnick @hela-mehrtens to do so and to migrate all issues, merge requests, etc. could you please make me an owner of the DASF Group on git.geomar.de? You should be able to do so at https://git.geomar.de/groups/digital-earth/dasf/-/group_members

If you want to become owners of the Group at codebase.helmholtz.cloud, just let me know.
