I refactored the messaging part into it's own project, so it can be used independent from the Vue-based frontend stuff.

I tried to use it in conjunction with the dasf-web package, but ran into some issues. Not sure whether this is caused by the dasf-web package or this one here. Could you please test this package and report back to me?

I published it to npmjs (https://www.npmjs.com/package/dasf-messaging-typescript) so you can directly reference it in your package.json
