Schema: Redundant mechanisms to express video annotations

The schema offers multiple ways of adding (frame-) time-based annotations to a video item:

1. Using multiple list entries for the video image item
2. Using the frames field of the image-annotations object

As the first method is generally the way to add time-based information to a video item, I suggest removing the frames field of the image-annotations object to simplify the schema.
