Image scaling is off on the contributors page

Depending on window size, the images are not scaled correctly, apect ration should be fixed:

To reproduce, go to https://emglossary.helmholtz-metadaten.de/contributors and slowly resize the window in x direction. It's correct for small and for large x values, but it's not correct for "medium" sizes.
