In order to harvest FDOs several developments within and outside the KG need to be planned and carried out:

• extending Helmholtz FDO KIP in order to reflect a "type" within the KG data model (i.e. we need to know "where" to put the data)
• extending the Helmholtz KG internal data model to be able to represent FDO packaging appropriately (i.e. based on HDO with results from previous TF)
• deciding on how to store FDO data within the KG infrastructure. sub aspects are:
  • a given dataset in the UI should be visible as "exists as FDO"
  • FDO data (content and packaging) could be fully integratied in the graph
  • there could be two separate graphs (FDO data & "current graph data") referencing each other with links e.g. via the FDO PID)
• deciding on a mode of "operation" for harvesting (e.g. FDO data dump as JSON, building a pipelind based on FDO2RDF into a Helmholtz KG pipeline?)
