So far, the development as well as the documentation of the different tools and initiatives was spread across Confluence and GitLab with multiple repositories and sub-groups. To make our developments more effective and transparent, we should try to focus on GitLab as the main development and coordination platform. This means that we

• have to switch from Confluence to GitLab for documenting progress
• find a effective workflow on GitLab using tools like Milestones, Labels, etc.
• Clean up the existing sub-groups, repositories, labels, etc.
