Right now, we are mentioning that the provider is the Center (i.e., FZJ, ...) and that there is an Editorial Staff. But particularly the sentence "Responsible editor for the contents of this internet presence with regard to media law is XY" might be problematic as this means that a specific person is responsible for all the contents. And this is something that we urgently need to change so that the users are responsible for the content as the SMS is a "self-service".

According to ChatGPG, the TMG (TeleMediaGesetz) is not applicable for self-services and this is basically exactly what we want. So now, we need to make sure that the updated statement fulfils these requirements and that this is also certified by the different legal departments.
