Event -> Registration -> Participation options

When registering for an event, the event organizer should have an option to add the field "Participation" with the options "on-site" and "online" and the option to add a text regarding the conditions under which the on-site participation can take place.

For the Data Science Symposium the following text is needed: "The option for on-site participation is planned, but the number of allowed participants and hygiene rules depend on the Corona regulations valid on the days of the conference. If you choose an on-site participation, we will keep you informed on the regulations closer to the date of the conference."
