Keywords for Cloud Services

Proposal:

• All key words and topics are chosen by provider and reviewed by HIFIS Cloud. (in Plony)
• Key Words (bold) are filter options in Cloud Portal
• all others key word are hidden tags, so that they can be found via search function.
  • hidden tags helps to have similiar key words for similar services even if they are not mentioned in the discription.
  • It also ensures that pseudonymous words with similar meanings work via search
• Of course, only the keywords for which we offer a service are visible.
• Key words do not necessarily have to be either/or, they are open to be chosen at the same time, e. g. Collaboration and Community/Science.
• Nevertheless, some key words have a strong relationship. But instead of organizing them as a tree chart, plony can add smart choices.
  Example 1: Service Provider selects Sync & Share; plony automatically add the selection Collaboration.
  Example 2: Service Provider selects Database. There is no automatic entry wether the service is Community/Scienceor Collaborationor both.
