Override or omit git-revision date on VO list page

VO list page https://hifis.net/doc/helmholtz-aai/list-of-vos-groups/ is create while building.

That leads to unrealible git-revision-dates (bottom of page).

Omit the date or somehow set to the actual last-updated date (which is the date of the json file)
