VO Manager: Policies they need to abide by

According to the graphic in the main policies page, VO managers need to abide by:

• TLP + SIRP + PPPD + VOMMP
• VO PP and SAP

This seems to be not yet fully reflected in the VO creation form, which contains so far only:

• VOMMP+TLP
• (plus they need to extend AUP)

@diana.gudu : should SIRP+PPPD be added in the VO creation form?
