Simplify maintenance of Service Portfolio List

@laura.marie.holz after merging !214 (merged), I think this list would be way easier to maintain, if

• the 2-3 categories (last one is empty anyway) would be in (bullet point) lists instead of table columns
• the "Service Catalogue" list could be removed altogether, instead link to cloud portal?
