Optimize formatting with "How can HIFIS help me to..." Lane

- use wide screens while not overloading with too much text -> reduce text and introduce more pics
- have different background colors depending on content
- on mobile displays, have linear order: events-news-howcanhifisehelp-otherinfo
"Success Story Button" might be slightly different colored.
