"Services Page" needs update.

Services page is kind of outdated and includes only 4 software cluster WPs atm.

Needs at least basic reformulation before publication to include all clusters. Either

• including all BCC,CCC,SCC WPs; including guidelines #115 (closed), or
• referring to respective sub-pages with all WPs each
