according to discussion 2021-07-12 Cloud Portal:
There is no advantage in a user specific cloud portal view at the moment; with and without login: the user will get the same information
first benefits will occurs with the release of cloud portal (full version)
so user spec. cloud portal vies is the next step after full portal version
