Recurring event in events atom feed

For several days, the workshop "Programming with R" has been repeatedly reported as updated always at 7:04.

@hueser93 could this be related to acfa4fa5 that I quickly introduced last week in order to make the event visible at all after last minute changes?

However this addtion was on Nov 19, while the bug appeared earlier already...

We already had such an issue in software.hifis.net. Hopefully I documented the solution properly. Need to look for it.

This happens due to the filename being ill-formatted: 2021-11-22_R.md. Correct would be 2021-11-22-R.md.
