Fix CSS in Hamburger menu

• Hamburger menu content is principally finalized (structurally minor changes to be done #196 (closed))
• Fix CSS so that
  • all screen sizes are supported
  • it looks smooth and nice
  • it works on all pages, not just on the main page
  • consider accessibility, readability #66
