Cloud Service KPI Monitoring

• We should add a paragraph (or page) on the Monitoring of cloud services plus subsequent KPI calculation as it seems it's not mentioned anywhere yet.
• Should probably be documented / linked somewhere here:

  • and possibly add a link somewhere in cloud portal.
