Define process of finding / approval content subsites

Our proposal for the process is:

• Review current version of the site: plus link to current page
• Changes for MVP? if not, change milestone to final
• if yes: request content
• create final version content
• close issue or change milestone to final
• Changes for final version? if not, close issue
• if yes: request content
• create final version content

idea was: Jenny and I set up issue for each subsite with this skeleton; we are process owners, edit and smooth things, the contents come from Anette, Uwe, Tobias,... or: do the persons who are involved contentwise create final texts and put them online or do we request it and edit it?
